This amazing portable charger for the iPhone was designed for the iPod but the same exact iGo iTIP that is included also works for the iPhone so it can be doubly valuable.

This removable iTIP can also be used with the iGo series of chargers and costs $9.95 to $12.95 if purchased separately.

Included with the system are 4 Energizer LITHIUM high power AA batteries ($8 - $10 value) but regular alkaline AA batteries can also be used after the included batteries are depleted.

We have used one of these systems with our iPhone which is pictured and it was a lifesaver when our iPhone battery was critically low and we had no access to a standard charger.

The packaging states that an iPod Video can be recharged 3+ times but this value is based on many factors such as the existing battery percentage at time of recharge.
